So before the idea of season ending gets too stale, let me do a customary shout-out/ reflection/ whatever about our journey and the awesome people involved. So here goes.
It could have gone either way, but it didn't, did it? One lapse of concentration pretty much sealed it for us. I think the subsequent 2 draws were immaterial because of that single match. But shit happens. We knew that we'd given it everything, but there's a fine line between success and failure. Regrets? No, I don't think so. There's a lot that I can look back on with pride and I'm just happy to have been part of this incredible team.
Talk about brief, but I just figured that words are superfluous. :)
