Hey ppl!
We're basically training every tuesday (1000hrs) and wednesday (0800hrs) in Nov. So 4th, 5th, 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, 25th and 26th. There's also one on the 29th (saturday)...
Please take note that our pt rep has the liberty to add training days to improve our physical fitness so do prepare to sacrifice another day or two. However, pt will not be compulsory, so if you have work or other important stuff, it's ok to skip.
Also, friendlies will be slotted in at random days... So... Just try to make it for the friendlies when coach informs us about them kay? Thanks.
