SOCCER MINUTES 2

DATE: 27^th July 2008

TIME: 7.30PM-9PM

Members present: Lynette, Shao, Sarah, Kai Hui, Shu Feng

Members late: Qiao Yue, Juat

1. Trainings:
1. Training stops on 7^th of August
2. Gym

i. Every Monday, 1500hrs

ii. Not compulsory, no attendance taking

iii. With effect from the 11^th of August

iv. Permanent, for the rest of the year

v. Made compulsory after training resumes (after promos)

2. EXCO Meetings
1. Once a month, date to be decided by the captain
2. Online meetings unless specified otherwise by the captain
3. Blog
1. Compulsory for EXCO members to post (not tag!) at least once a month
2. Everyone is encouraged to be more active on the blog
3. Incentives (if any) to be decided by the welfare rep
4. Soccer Camp
1. 11^th – 13^th December
2. Venue not decided
